Crab and prawn shell put in oven until dry
take out from oven and use 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste to stir it well
put a little bit water and stir
use another pot to sautee mirepoix
put water and cover top of seafood and add the mirepoix
take it to boil than blend it
strains the soup
use soup ladder heat it *beware*
and add some brandy to flambé
let it cool down until its saw creamy
ready to serve
